Kevin has practiced law for over 30 years. Initially Kevin’s focus was on defense work doing product’s liability defense for car manufacturers such as GM and Toyota. After several years Kevin moved into general auto litigation for the defense covering all aspects of the field from general litigation to PIP to SIU work. Kevin then went in house with a major carrier that specialized in commercial premises lines. This included slip and falls, ice and snow falls, and general defect cases. After close to 25 years of defense work Kevin switched his emphasis and career to working for plaintiffs.
Kevin has helped injured people get compensation and a measure of justice with a focus on auto and premise cases. Kevin’s extensive background for the defense gives him a unique perspective and insight into the likely insurance company responses and defenses. Kevin’s ability to use his experience to help people makes working for plaintiffs much more rewarding and fulfilling.
Kevin has tried over 25 cases to verdict across the State from Bergen to Cumberland.
