The majority of Mr. Arroyo’s practice is focused on representing Plaintiffs in personal injury lawsuits from inception to trial. Prior to joining private practice, Mr. Arroyo was the judicial law clerk to a New Jersey Superior Court Judge that exclusively handled asbestos and talc mass tort cases in the State of New Jersey. Additionally, in his previous role prior to joining GGL, Mr. Arroyo was Of Counsel in a top New Jersey law firm, where he provided defense in mass tort cases for manufacturers, distributors, and retailers. Some of the clients he served consisted of Fortune 500 companies.
Mr. Arroyo has hands-on experience with all aspects of litigation, including trial. Particularly, Mr. Arroyo prepares all his cases in anticipation for trial. He coordinates with liability and medical damages experts to provide the best cohesive theory of the case. This approach leads to fair and just settlements and deters insurance companies from intimidating him and his clients. Mr. Arroyo has also drafted and argued high-stakes motions, achieving positive outcomes.
Elias works with clients and provides real-time updates on their cases. This open line of communication ensures that the client decisions regarding their cases will be well informed.
