Karina Garcia is a civil litigation attorney who specializes her practice in all aspects of personal injury law such as automobile accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, fall-downs, animal attacks, pedestrian accidents, and product liability cases. Ms. Garcia is committed to advocating for victims of all types of negligence and assisting them in recovering maximum compensation. She handles her cases from inception through all stages of litigation, including fact investigation, motion practice, depositions, settlement negotiation, mediation, and trial. Prior to joining Garces, Grabler & Lebrocq, Ms. Garcia served as a law clerk to the Honorable Mary K. Costello, P.J. Cv., Presiding Judge of the Civil Division, in Hudson County Superior Court. During her clerkship she learned the intricacies of civil motion practice, case management and mediation. During her time in law school, Ms. Garcia served as a legal intern for multiple law firms in New Jersey and as a judicial intern to the Honorable Hector R. Velazquez, P.J. Ch., Presiding Judge of the Chancery Division, in Hudson County Superior Court.
