
Personal Injury Attorney Karina Garcia
Karina Garcia is a civil litigation attorney who specializes her practice on all aspects of personal injury law such as automobile accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, fall-downs, animal attacks, pedestrian accidents and product liability cases. Ms. Garcia is committed to advocating for victims of all types of negligence and assisting them in recovering maximum compensation. She has responsibility for all stages of litigation, including case screening, intake, legal research, fact investigation, motion practice, depositions, settlement negotiation and trial. She prides herself in taking the time to listen and connect with her clients, giving each one the time and attention they deserve. Ms. Garcia’s parents emigrated from the Dominican Republic, she is a proud first generation American and is fluent in Spanish.
Prior to joining Garces, Grabler & Lebrocq, Ms. Garcia served as a law clerk to the Honorable Mary K. Costello, P.J. Cv., Presiding Judge of the Civil Division, in Hudson County Superior Court. During her clerkship she learned the intricacies of civil motion practice, case management and mediation. During her time in law school, Ms. Garcia served as a legal intern for multiple general practice law firms in New Jersey, as a judicial intern to the Honorable Hector R. Velazquez, P.J. Ch., Presiding Judge of the Chancery Division, in Hudson County Superior Court and as a legal intern to the Newark Municipal Prosecutor’s Office.
