
Christopher J. Mitchell, Esq., is an associate attorney at Garces, Grabler & LeBrocq in the firm’s personal injury department. His practice focuses on representing individuals who have been injured due to various forms of negligence, including in matters related to automobile accidents and premises liability.
After graduating from Boston University, Mr. Mitchell earned his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law, where he served as Co-Chairperson of the Rutgers Moot Court Board and an Editor of the Rutgers Law Review. Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Mitchell successfully represented clients in a wide variety of matters, including employment disputes, commercial litigation, and municipal court matters.
Above all else, Mr. Mitchell has successfully represented numerous clients in all aspects of personal injury litigation. Currently, one hundred percent of his practice is devoted to the representation of injured clients, including through the time of trial. Mr. Mitchell is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Mr. Mitchell speaks both English and Spanish.
