Christopher J. Mitchell

Mr. Mitchell has represented clients in a wide variety of personal injury matters throughout his career. Though serious injuries can greatly disrupt a person’s life, Mr. Mitchell takes extraordinary care to ensure that all clients feel comfortable throughout their representation. Importantly, Mr. Mitchell will fully advise clients as to what to expect during a claim and as to all their legal rights and options.

While Mr. Mitchell has achieved numerous successful resolutions through settlement between the parties, he will also not hesitate to pursue resolution through trial if needed to maximize a client’s financial recovery. Through his extensive experience and close communication with clients, Mr. Mitchell will develop a unique approach to each client’s claim with the goal of seeking the best resolution available.
