Jared specializes in all aspects of personal injury law. Jared is a litigator through and through, who is committed to exceeding client expectations and providing the highest level of representation in every matter he handles. After graduating from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey (New Brunswick campus), Jared earned his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law, where he was a Dean’s Law scholar.

Upon graduation from law school, Jared served as a judicial law clerk in the Family Division of the Superior Court, Middlesex County, New Jersey. At that time, he also served as a New Jersey Supreme Court Certified Trained Mediator handling landlord/tenant and small claims actions, having previously been trained by the Court to handle those proceedings pro bono while attending law school.

After clerking, Jared began practicing medical malpractice nearly exclusively, but over time extended his focus to injury suits of all kinds, though he has significant expertise in trucking accident cases, recreational fitness injuries, premises liability injuries, traditional motor vehicle
accidents, professional liability disputes, Consumer Fraud cases, catastrophic claims, and wrongful death. While the majority of Jared’s career has been focused on personal injury lawsuits, he also has some experience in employment litigation and defamation, and he has litigated extensively all over the state of New Jersey, and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He is admitted to practice in both state and Federal Court, and he has attained numerous victories in the New Jersey and Pennsylvania State appellate Courts. where he litigated cases in both state and federal court.

Prior to joining GGL, he worked in Gloucester County, New Jersey practicing insurance defense litigation where he handled a wide-variety of injury related cases. His experience working in insurance defense gives him exceptional insight into the way carriers and big companies view litigation and case values. Over time, he became disillusioned with defense, and has pledged his advocacy solely to victims who have been injured due to the negligence of others.

Jared dedicates 100% of his practice to representing injured individuals prepares each and every case with the expectation of proceeding to a jury trial.
