Timothy J. Bartzos, Esq. is a member of Garces, Grabler & Lebrocq’s worker’s compensation department since 2019 and devotes all of his practice in this area. Tim has a distinguished legal career over the course of his 27 years of practice in the state of New Jersey. Wherein over the last 8 years he has practiced exclusively in the area of worker’s compensation. He also has had extensive experience handling both personal injury cases for injured victims; as well as defending major corporate entities such as Food Town and Toy’s R US in liability cases. In addition to also representing both the Bergan County board of education vocational and technical schools. He also has an extensive practice history in criminal law; wherein he acted as a municipal prosecutor for the cities of Passaic, Hackensack, and the burrow of Secaucus. He also was a municipal public defender for the burrow of Wallington and township of Fairlawn.

Mr. Bartzos obtained his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. Prior to then he obtained a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Finance, from Fordham University, Bronx New York. Where he received a four-year baseball scholarship to attend; wherein he was also major league draft eligible.

Tim was born in Washington Heights NYC and moved to Bergan County in 1976. He presently resides in Passaic County with his wife and three teenage children.
