Richard C. Embden – Personal Injury
Richard C. Embden is an attorney at Garces, Grabler & LeBrocq with the firm’s Personal Injury department. Richard specializes in all aspects of personal injury law and services clients throughout New Jersey. He prides himself on his professionalism and in taking the time to connect with each of his clients.
Richard graduated from Rutgers State University in 2013, earning a Bachelor’s of Art in Criminal Justice and Sociology. He went on to attend Westerns New England University School of Law and received his Juris Doctor in 2016. While in law school Richard took a special interest in advocating for those in underrepresented communities. He served as a Certified Student Attorney for the Public Defender’s Office Juvenile Division in Springfield, Massachusetts and handled all aspects of representation, from initial client interviews and arraignments, through investigation, legal research, pretrial motion practice and trial. He also served as a Law Clerk for the Attorney General Office where he worked on legal matters involving civil rights and consumer protection.
Richard’s experience and determination in his practice has led him to oversee the firm’s personal injury practice at our Dover, New Jersey office. He is responsible for all stages of litigation, including case screening, intake, legal research, investigation, motion practice, depositions, settlement negotiations, discovery and trial preparation.
Richard joined the firm in 2017 and is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey. He is fluent in Spanish.
