Mario A. Arrieta is an Associate at Garces, Grabler & LeBrocq with the firm’s Personal Injury department. He has successfully represented victims injured in motor vehicle and slip/trip and fall accidents. Mario has litigated numerous matters concerning New Jersey Auto Insurance Law, construction defects, engineering errors and omissions, and the New Jersey Tort Claims Act. In doing so, Mario has recovered hundreds of thousands of dollars on behalf of injured clients.
Mario received a Bachelor in Political Science and Spanish from Rutgers University-Newark in 2009 and his Juris Doctor from Western Michigan Cooley Law School in 2015. During law school, he served as a law clerk for Fournier, Connolly, Warren & Shamsey, P.A. in Sarasota, Florida. There he assisted the City Attorney for the City of Sarasota and Deputy City Attorney in a wide variety of Government Law Practice, including Constitutional Law, Public Records, Sunshine Law, Contracts, Employment Law, Police Liability, American with Disabilities Act and Fair Housing Act law.
After receiving his Juris Doctor, he worked as an Associate at a New Jersey Personal Injury law firm. His legal experience and practice there included litigating motor vehicle, premise liability, and negligence claims.
