Francesca P. Buarne, Esq.

Francesca P. Buarne is an associate attorney at Garces, Grabler & LeBrocq, P.C. with the firm’s General Practice Department. Francesca is a compassionate advocate for clients in diverse areas of the law, including all aspects of family law, civil litigation, employment law, and bankruptcy. Francesca is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the New Jersey Bankruptcy Court.

Francesca graduated cum laude from The College of New Jersey in 2016, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Women and Gender Studies. Francesca then graduated from the City University of New York School of Law in 2019, earning her Juris Doctor degree. During law school, Francesca excelled academically and served as a Managing Articles Editor of the CUNY Law Review and a Co-President of CUNY’s Coalition Against Intimate Partner Violence. Francesca also served as a legal intern for the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender, Office of Law Guardian and Partners for Women and Justice, and a judicial intern for the Honorable Bruce J. Kaplan, J.S.C. (Middlesex County) and the Honorable Margaret Parisi-McGowan, Matrimonial Part (Queens County).

Prior to joining GGL, Francesca served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Bruce J. Kaplan, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Middlesex County. During her clerkship with Judge Kaplan, Francesca learned the precise intricacies of effective motion practice and case management, and served as a certified mediator of both small claims and landlord tenant matters.

Francesca brings a warm personality to the practice of law, providing personalized yet aggressive representation to each one of her clients. Francesca prides herself in her professionalism, her
strict sense of justice, and her fierce advocacy.
