GGL VIP FOOTBALL SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES
1. Sponsor / Administrator
This VIP Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by Garces, Grabler & LeBrocq, P.C. (“Sponsor” or “GGL”), located at 235 Livingston Ave, New Brunswick, NJ 08901. Sponsor is a Proud Partner of the New York Giants. Sponsor will conduct the VIP Sweepstakes substantially as described in these Official Rules.
New York Football Giants, Inc. (“Giants”), Giants Stadium LLC, New Meadowlands Stadium Company, LLC, and the NFL Entities, as defined below, are not responsible for the administration of this VIP Sweepstakes, have not offered or sponsored this VIP Sweepstakes in any way, and shall have no liability or obligation for any claim arising in connection with participation in this VIP Sweepstakes or with respect to the conduct of the VIP Sweepstakes, the selection of winners, or the awarding of prizes.
“NFL Entities” means the National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees.
2. Agreement to Official Rules
By entering this VIP Sweepstakes, the Entrant (“You”) agrees to abide by the Sponsor’s Official Rules and decisions, which are fully and unconditionally binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserve the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at any time at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. By entering the VIP Sweepstakes, You represent and warrant that You are eligible to participate based on eligibility requirements explained in the Official Rules. You also agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of this GGL VIP Sweepstakes.
3. Eligibility
This VIP Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut, who are 18 years of age or older as of their date of entry in this VIP Sweepstakes in order to qualify. This VIP Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and void where prohibited by law. GGL’s, the Giants’, Giants Stadium LLC’s, New Meadowlands Stadium Company, LLC’s, and the NFL Entities’ employees, and the foregoing entities’ respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, and directors (collectively the “Employees”), as well as members of the Employees’ immediate family and/or those living in the same household of Employees are ineligible to participate in the VIP Sweepstakes.
4. Entry Period
This VIP Sweepstakes begins November 15th, 2025 at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends December 30th, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET (“Entry Period”). To be eligible for the VIP Sweepstakes, entries must be received within the specified Entry Period. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be accepted.
5. How to Enter
- Visit https://ggllawyers.com/giants-vip-football-sweepstakes/ during the Entry Period and complete the official entry form with all required information.
- Follow GGL on social media:
- Limit: one (1) entry per person
- Multiple entries in excess of the limit may be void.
- Sponsor, the Giants, Giants Stadium LLC, New Meadowlands Stadium Company, LLC, and the NFL Entities are not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
6. Prizes
One (1) Winner will receive:
- Two (2) Mezzanine Club tickets to the New York Giants vs. Dallas game at MetLife Stadium on January 4th, 2026
- One (1) Parking pass for MetLife Stadium valid on January 4th, 2026
- Two (2) Pre-game Field passes to the New York Giants vs. Dallas game at MetLife Stadium on January 4th, 2026
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,800
Prize Conditions: Tickets and passes are subject to all stadium rules and policies. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash. No substitution is permitted, except in Sponsor’s and the Giants’ sole discretion if events are canceled, postponed, or materially altered (in which case, Sponsor may substitute comparable benefits of equal value, as determined by Sponsor and the Giants in their sole discretion). Sponsor is solely responsible for delivery of prize. The Winner, upon acceptance of the prize, is solely responsible for all expenses related to the prize, including without limitation any and all local, state, and federal taxes.
Odds: The total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period determines the odds of winning.
7. Winner Selection & Notification
- One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about December 30th, 2025 from all eligible entries and will be notified by phone within 24 hours of drawing.
- Potential winner must respond within 24 hours of notification. If winner fails to respond, cannot be contacted, or is ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
- Potential winner must agree to the Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release before prize is awarded.
8. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all respects.
9. Release of Liability
By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to indemnify, release and hold harmless Sponsor, the Giants, Giants Stadium LLC, New Meadowlands Stadium Company, LLC, and the NFL Entities, and each of their respective owners, officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, loss, or damages arising or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes, any travel activity related thereto, an entrant’s breach of any agreement, warranty, or representation associated with this VIP Sweepstakes, including these Official Rules, or the acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of any prize.
The Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) late, lost, stolen, damaged, garbled, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, misdirected, or undelivered entries or communications; (ii) errors, omissions, malfunctions, interruptions, defects, or delays in operations or transmission of information; (iii) interruptions in service due to system upgrades, repairs, modifications, or other causes; (iv) failure or malfunctions of connections, satellite, network, cable, Internet Service Providers, phones, phone lines or telephone systems; (v) any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer or devices; (vi) printing, typographical, or other errors appearing in these Official Rules or other VIP Sweepstakes-related materials; or (vii) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of entry materials; in each case, whether caused by equipment, programming, human error, or otherwise, relating to or in connection with this VIP Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, the processing of entries, the announcement of a prize or winner, or participation in any VIP Sweepstakes-related activity.
10. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and Giants’ use of winner’s name, likeness, image, and entry for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation.
11. Privacy / Opt-In
By entering, entrants consent to receive promotional communications from Sponsor. Entrants may also opt-in to receive promotional communications from the Giants. Opt-in data will be shared between Sponsor and Giants in accordance with their privacy policies. Please refer to Sponsor’s privacy policy at https://ggllawyers.com/privacy-policy/ , and the Giants’ privacy policy at https://www.giants.com/privacypolicy, for how they treat and use the personal information of those who opt-in.
12. Tax Responsibility
All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor will issue any required tax forms.
13. Disputes / Governing Law
As a condition of participating in this VIP Sweepstakes, Entrant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this VIP Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in the state of New Jersey having competent jurisdiction, which Court shall apply the laws of the state of New Jersey without regard for doctrines of conflict of law. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than an entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this VIP Sweepstakes), and each entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
