Waretown, NJ (February 20, 2023) – On Saturday evening, the police and firefighters were called to the scene of a crash in the Waretown area that left several people injured.
Just after 6:15 p.m. on February 18, emergency crews were notified that their assistance was needed on-site at a motor vehicle collision on State Route 9.
Reports from authorities show that an automobile accident occurred on State Route 9 in the area near Kristy’s Casual Dining. The incident blocked the road, causing severe delays in the area.
Multiple victims were injured as a result of the accident. Emergency medical services personnel responded to the scene to provide for those harmed. Victims were then transported to area hospitals for further assistance.
