Car Accidents in New Jersey
Every year, tens of thousands of people are hurt as a result of motor vehicle accidents that take place in the state of New Jersey. In most instances, these accidents are a result of driver negligence. Some of the most common factors in collisions across our state include:
- Speeding: Drivers who speed or travel too fast for the road conditions may lose control of their vehicles and crash into others.
- Distractions: When drivers are texting on their phones, eating, or engaging in other activities that take their attention off the road, it can have severe consequences for others.
- Impairment: When drivers are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, they may have problems controlling their vehicles in a safe and responsible manner.
- Road conditions: When roadways are full of obstructions, damaged, or otherwise dangerous, they can cause severe accidents to take place.
