Fatal Car Accidents in New Jersey

In New Jersey, hundreds of people die each year as a result of fatal car crashes. Although many accidents are preventable, they continue to claim the lives of innocent victims. Roughly 94% of collisions are caused by drivers who engage in the following activities:

  • Unfamiliar roadways
  • Driving while distracted (by cell phones, food, or talking)
  • Driving recklessly
  • Driving while intoxicated
  • Defective auto parts
  • Speeding

Although we can take various measures to ensure others are safe while traveling with us, a lot of other drivers do not take the time to consider others sharing the road with them.
