Joe has been practicing personal injury litigation for over 40 years. During that period of time, he has handled a very broad range of cases including complex litigation including, but not limited to, motor vehicle losses involving significant injuries; claims against retailers involving premises liability and failure to  provide security cases; construction accidents; products liability claims against major manufacturers of equipment and systems; together with legal professional liability claims.
