Thomas M. Nicely is licensed in New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Mr. Nicely was a former Managing Attorney of the Philadelphia and South Jersey Branch of a national consumer bankruptcy firm for six years before joining Garces & Grabler, P.C. Mr. Nicely has been involved in more than two-thousand) consumer bankruptcy filings, with a concentration in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13. In addition to his bankruptcy practice, Mr. Nicely has years of experience in Debt negotiation and Settlement plans with major credit card companies, Mortgage Modifications and Foreclosure Mediation.
Mr. Nicely attended King's College University and earned his B.S. in Health Care Administration. Thereafter, he attended Rutgers School of Law where he participated in the Pro- Bono Bankruptcy Clinic and Domestic Violence Clinic. He completed a Judicial Clerkship with the Honorable Georgia M. Curio at the Superior Court of New Jersey in Cumberland County, Civil Division.
