Kevin S. Riechelson

Kevin S. Riechelson was a partner at a large Philadelphia firm where he practiced for sixteen years before coming to G&G. He specialized in products liability, construction accidents, premises liability, commercial and personal auto cases in both state and federal courts in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Mr. Riechelson continues to handle the same types of cases at Garces and Grabler.

Mr. Riechelson has recently appeared on several local and national news programs and in newspapers in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Florida, Maryland and Illinois on the controversial topic of the rights of injured parties, regardless of their immigration status in the U.S. His advocacy for Giovanni Rivera resulted in a $250,000 settlement (plus medical expenses and lost wages) in 2007.

Mr. Riechelson graduated with an Business Degree from Drexel University in 1987, and Temple Law School in 1990. He is the Managing Attorney at our Trenton office.
