As an Assistant Prosecutor he investigated and presented many criminal cases, including a case of first impression in New Jersey invoking the battered women syndrome defense. As a criminal defense attorney, he litigated numerous corporate white collar fraud and political corruption cases, including the recent federal investigation in Monmouth County.

As a civil litigator, he has successfully tried and settled many complex cases including a $7.2-million-dollar negligent security case involving an aggravated assault that involved catastrophic injury.

Gary A. Cavalli attended Brown University where he received his B.A. Degree. He attended Seton Hall University and was awarded his J.D. in 1986. Mr. Cavalli is a member of the New Jersey State Bar.
