As an Assistant Prosecutor he investigated and presented many criminal cases, including a case of first impression in New Jersey invoking the battered women syndrome defense. As a criminal defense attorney, he litigated numerous corporate white collar fraud and political corruption cases, including the recent federal investigation in Monmouth County.
As a civil litigator, he has successfully tried and settled many complex cases including a $7.2-million-dollar negligent security case involving an aggravated assault that involved catastrophic injury.
