David Wasserman, Esq. specializes in immigration law, with a focus on immigration court practice, visas, and family petitions. He began his experience in immigration law before he graduated law school, by representing indigent asylum seekers with the Center for Social Justice at Seton Hall University. His practice also includes commercial law and employment law.
To Mr. Wasserman, the most important part of his job is explaining to his clients how the law will affect them. As the first member of his family to become an attorney, explaining the law is something he enjoys to do on a regular basis.
Mr. Wasserman graduated with honors from Rutgers University, and he is a cum laude graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law. David Wasserman is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and New York, and he is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association.
