David N. Fiveland

David N. Fiveland, Esq. is an attorney specializing in Workers' Compensation and Social Security Disability cases. Mr. Fiveland has over thirty years of experience in handling workers compensation claims, and has successfully litigated many complex workers compensation claims, involving total disability claims, toxic exposure claims, occupational repetitive trauma and mental stress in the workplace, and coverage issues with respect to workers' compensation insurance policies.

Mr. Fiveland was born in Orange, New Jersey. Mr. Fiveland is a graduate of Southern Methodist University, where he earned an undergraduate degree in Political Science and a Juris Doctor degree from SMU’s School of Law in 1975.

Besides being a member of the bar of the State of New Jersey, Mr. Fiveland is also a member of the Plumbers, Pipefitters, Welders, and Steamfitters Local Union 9 of Central New Jersey, and he is a Registered Representative with the National Association of Securities Dealers. Mr. Fiveland enjoys reading and studying the stock market in his spare time.
