If you have multiple convictions your eligibility for an expungement of your entire records will depend upon what type of and how many offenses or separate incidents are involved. Another factor is whether you had a previous expungement granted.

Once an expungement of a Pretrial Intervention or Conditional Discharge is granted, you cannot get subsequent criminal or offense convictions expunged. If you had multiple incidents involving arrests only then you can have those records expunged at any time and regardless if an expungement was previously granted.
