Underinsured Motorist Coverage

The term used when the other vehicle's policy limit is inadequate to pay for all your damages.

Uninsured Employer’s Fund (UEF)

The Uninsured Employer's Fund was established within the NJ Workers' Compensation Law to provide for temporary disability benefits and medical expenses to workers suffering from compensable injuries while working for employers who fail to provide the required workers' compensation insurance coverage and who fail to make such benefit payments as awarded by the Division of Workers' Compensation.

Uninsured Motorist coverage is the term used when there is no coverage at all on the other vehicle. It provides coverage for the injured person when an at-fault driver does not have motor vehicle insurance or for injuries suffered in an accident involving a hit-and-run driver.
