Natalia C. Diaz, Esq. is a litigation associate in our Criminal Superior Department. She was born in Uruguay and migrated with her family at the age of seven to the United States. She is fluent in Spanish and has extreme compassion for all clients especially those that face the challenges of communicational barriers due to their inability to speak fluent English. |

She has appeared in both the Superior Court of New Jersey and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Natalia C. Diaz, Esq. attended Post University where she received her B.A. Degree in Paralegal Studies. After graduating college, Ms. Diaz has spent six years doing exclusive bankruptcy work. She is fluent in the case management of chapter’s 7, 11 and 13. Ms. Diaz has also done an extensive amount of creditor’s rights work. She attended Vermont Law School in 2003 and was awarded her J.D. in 2006. Ms. Diaz is a member of the New Jersey State Bar.
